&Lumbar 5 Radiculopathy=Radiculopathy: referred pain due to nerve root compression. Most common due to disc herniation. L5: pain distribution and sensory loss: lateral leg-->dorsum of foot.  Motor loss is extensor hallucis longus. Reflex lost is posterior tibial.
