&Sjogrens Syndrome=The common presentation of Sjogren's Arthropathy is symmetric and intermittent affecting the hands and knees. Joint disease is typically non-erosive and non-deforming. Pathognomonic findings are significant dry mouth and eyes "sicca symptoms" due to auto-immune destruction of lacrimal and salivary glands. Extra-articular manifestations include renal disease, rashes of vasculitis, interstitial lung disease and neuropathies.
